DEVOM LLC is a duly registered US business entity, operating under NAICS 713120 (Amusement Arcades) as our primary code with NAICS 459120 (Hobby, Toy, and Game Stores) covering our retail component, with state and local business licenses in force, amusement device permits or registrations as required by the jurisdiction where the venue is located, and Certificate of Occupancy for the venue. Our venue is located at the address listed in the footer of this website; retail purchases are made in-store at the venue and are not currently sold online.
We serve families, individual guests of all ages, groups celebrating birthdays and other private events, and corporate clients booking the venue for team-building. Guests under 10 years of age are welcome accompanied by a responsible adult; unaccompanied guests below the age set by local ordinance are subject to house policy posted at the entrance. ESRB ratings are posted at each cabinet and, where a Mature (M)-rated experience is available, use is restricted to guests aged 17 or older with valid ID.
The venue is staffed by W-2 employees in uniform with ID badges, trained on customer service, basic first-aid, evacuation procedures and prize-counter operations. On-site fire-safety equipment and evacuation signage are maintained per local fire marshal requirements and the posted occupancy limit is not exceeded. Arcade machines are periodically inspected for electrical safety and mechanical operation, and shared-contact surfaces (joysticks, buttons, steering wheels, VR headsets) are sanitized between users per posted operating protocol.

Party bookings are scheduled in advance — a specific date, start and end time, headcount, party package and price confirmed by written agreement; a deposit is typical to secure the booking. Rescheduling and cancellation terms are set out in the event agreement.
Our most common visit patterns are: (i) walk-in play — guests purchase credits, tokens or a day pass at the door or kiosk and play unlimited or metered arcade and simulator games; (ii) birthday parties and private events — a party host reserves a section of the venue for a set duration with a defined headcount, optional food service and a party package of game credits; (iii) casual tournaments and gaming nights — scheduled fighting-game nights, racing leagues and family game nights with entry through purchase of a day pass, no cash entry pools and no cash prizes; and (iv) retail purchase — walk-in purchase of games, consoles and accessories with age verification for Mature-rated titles.
DEVOM LLC operates strictly as an amusement arcade and retail store for video games and related merchandise. WE ARE NOT a casino, gaming establishment or gambling operator — no game at our venue offers monetary prizes, cash equivalents, chips redeemable for cash, or wagered entry pools; our operation does not qualify as gambling under the federal Wire Act, the Illegal Gambling Business Act, or applicable state anti-gambling statutes, because (a) no wager of money or thing of value is placed to play, (b) no monetary or monetary-equivalent prize is offered, and (c) redemption tickets earned in redemption games are exchanged only for on-site merchandise from our prize counter; WE ARE NOT a sportsbook or sports-betting operator — sports wagering is a regulated activity requiring a state sports-wagering license (Nevada, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Colorado, and many others) and is outside our scope; WE ARE NOT an operator of skill-based gambling machines with monetary payouts — states that authorize skill-based gambling (Illinois Video Gaming Terminals, Louisiana truck-stop gaming, etc.) require operators to hold specific state gaming licenses, which we do not hold and do not operate under; WE ARE NOT a state lottery agent — lottery ticket sales require an appointment from the state lottery commission; WE ARE NOT an internet cafe operating a sweepstakes or promotional-drawing model — such operations have been the subject of state enforcement actions in Florida, Ohio and elsewhere as unlawful gambling and are outside our scope; WE DO NOT SERVE ALCOHOL without a state Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) license — where alcohol service is offered at a location we operate, that location holds the required state on-premises license and complies with responsible-service and age-verification requirements; WE ARE NOT a restaurant or bar as a primary activity (NAICS 722511/722410) — any food and beverage service is ancillary to the arcade and retail operation and is provided in compliance with local health department requirements; WE ARE NOT an amusement park with rides (NAICS 713110) — we do not operate mechanical rides, roller coasters, or similar equipment subject to state amusement-ride inspection regimes; WE ARE NOT a bowling center (NAICS 713950), a movie theater (NAICS 512131) or a family fun center with primary go-kart/bumper-boat/water attractions; WE ARE NOT an esports team, league or tournament operator awarding cash prize purses — our in-store tournaments offer only store merchandise, gift cards redeemable in-store, or trophies; WE ARE NOT an online gaming, online casino or fantasy-sports platform — we do not operate any online real-money game or fantasy contest; WE ARE NOT a video game developer or publisher (NAICS 511210) — we do not develop or publish video game software; WE ARE NOT an electronic game manufacturer (NAICS 334310) — we do not manufacture arcade cabinets, consoles or related hardware; WE ARE NOT a toy manufacturer (NAICS 339930); and WE ARE NOT a legal, accounting, insurance or financial services provider.
